Bartlett Tree Experts seeks a full‑time Arborist Representative to join our growing team. This role combines a passion for arboriculture with enthusiasm for sharing knowledge to build and maintain client relationships.

• All sales activities within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training
• Meeting with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree and shrub care needs
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and client relationships within the territory
• Preparing and providing proposals to clients using sales process tools and technology
• Supervising work to ensure jobs are completed per contract and client satisfaction
• Setting personal sales expectations with supervisor and meeting sales goals
• Implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs

• 1–3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
• ISA Arborist Certification, or ability to obtain—company pays exam and provides training
• Ability to identify common regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective or proactive management plans
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred but not required: degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or related field

• $65,000 – $100,000 annual draw plus commission
• Base salary (draw) plus commission
