Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services LLC is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative in Buffalo, NY. Industry experience is not required; we will train you. Our dedication to sustainability drives our success.

• Base pay: $30/hr
• Bonus pay for residual and contract if quota is met; bonus should exceed base pay.

• Meet a quota of 30 sales per month
• Make 200 outbound cold calls with a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily
• Accurate record‑keeping and follow‑up

• Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close
• B2B experience is a plus
• Can‑do attitude; transparency about expectations
• Willingness to learn industry and talking points
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Hours:
  
  8am‑5pm daily in office
