• Engage customers in retail stores (cold‑approach sales)
• Generate interest in flooring & tile services
• Schedule in‑home consultations
• Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale
• Follow up with leads and meet performance goals

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort with in‑person sales & customer interaction
