• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value to all customers.
• Conduct calls with customers seeking information about products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Be ambitious and self‑driven, motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and capacity to work in multiple locations.
• Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
