A company is looking for a Renewals Manager responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer accounts and collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and drive revenue growth
- Proactively manage the renewal process and identify at-risk accounts for timely intervention
- BA / BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a related role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
- Experience with complex client interactions, preferably at the director level
