We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive for our Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) division. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious and forward-thinking company in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, driving sales and managing key relationships. Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the AEC division.

2. Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

3. Understanding and demonstrating product knowledge to clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

6. Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

7. Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

8. Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our business.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role within the AEC or related industry.

2. Proven experience in account management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

3. Deep understanding of the AEC industry and its products.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
