Junior Sales Manager; B2B) x

You will be accountable for the performance and development of a accounts across SMB and Enterprise. Your primary focus will be ensuring the sales team is supporting in driving qualified high value opportunities into our desk based sales team and senior sales team. You will work closely with our marketing function to align on high converting campaigns aimed at new business and existing customers to optimise our growth from the top of the funnel.

• Being a leader and mentor to junior sales representatives.
• Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with employees and customers.
• Using judgement to make good decisions about customers, staffing, quantity of stock to order, etc.
• Making sales quotas.
• Monitoring sales representatives and ensuring that work is done efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that all rules for selling a company's products are followed.

• Previous sales experience in a telesales/lead generation role
• Experience in the technology industry is advantageous
• Commercially astute and numbers focused
• A fast-learning ability to take on knowledge of Locationify Products (heavily supported by training)
• Training experience
• Knowledge of Locationify and the technology sector would be advantageous
