* Summary:

** Provides operational and technical support to both Organizational Development (Org Dev) and Workforce Development, coordinating logistics, LMS updates, surveys, and reporting for learning, leadership, onboarding, and workforce capability-building programs. Strengthens Roswell Park’s internal talent pipeline through data, communication, and program coordination. Starting salary is $53,478.##

* Qualifications:

** Required

Education and Experience    1. Associate’s degree; or  2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in organizational development, training, project coordination, or related HR services.

NOTE:

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
