As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Agent in Buffalo, NY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and professional communication will contribute to a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, following established protocols for financial institution settings.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and law enforcement as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
