Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour

As a Termite Pro, you will navigate a variety of environments—from rooftops to crawl spaces—performing quality installations that make homes safer and more efficient. Every day brings new challenges as you follow a scheduled route to deliver reliable service. Your role supports the safety and efficiency of homes, and you will have the structure, support, and opportunities for growth that come with working for one of the most respected names in the industry.

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

• No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
• We will consider candidates in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
