• Perform diagnostic tests on heavy duty vehicles and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Repair or replace faulty parts as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Repair vehicles over the road and in the shop

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a heavy duty technician
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT Physical
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
