Our client in Buffalo, NY, designs and builds world-class high-temperature thermal processing systems used in universities, government institutions, and early stage start‑ups. As an Electrical Assembler
, you’ll be a key part of a cross‑functional team that brings our engineer‑to‑order systems to life.
This isn’t just panel wiring in a cubicle. This is complex, large‑scale, industrial technology‑built by people who thrive on challenge, teamwork, and precision.
What You’ll Do- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts to guide your work.
- Wire and assemble power and control panels (120V to 600V), install components like transformers, disconnects, contractors, and more.
- Mount and connect low‑voltage control devices (24V to 120V) across large industrial systems.
- Run and route field wiring, conduit, raceways, and cable trays — both in‑shop and occasionally at customer sites.
- Use instruments to verify and test circuits, troubleshoot, and ensure everything’s functioning safely and correctly.
- Support mechanical assembly, thermal insulation, and system integration during final build.
- Help with tear‑down, crating, and shipping for domestic and international projects.
Pay Range: $21 - $32/hr (DIRECT HIRE, based on experience and education)
Full‑Time | Non‑Exempt | Manufacturing Department
Must be available to travel extended periods both domestic and internationally

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electrical assembly, wiring, or related skilled trades.
- At least 2 years working from electrical drawings and documentation.
- At least 2 years electrical installation, conduit routing, and basic troubleshooting. Low & High voltage.
- Comfort with electrical documentation, conduit bending, and using electrical test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ideal candidate will have a skilled trades background as an electrician, electro‑mechanical assembler, welder, and/or millwright.
- Proficient in rigging, lifting, and use of cranes and forklifts.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional team.
- Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
- Must be willing to travel, both internationally and domestically, for extended periods of time if necessary.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, crawling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including safety glasses, steel‑toe.
