Your Role- Lead carpentry projects with precision and efficiency. Maintain our high standards and safety protocols.
- Perform on‑site assessments and provide estimates.
- Address client needs professionally.
- Train apprentices in all aspects of the job with proper techniques and efficiency.
- Help paint crew when needed.
- 3+ years of residential/commercial carpentry and painting experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in carpentry and painting techniques and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Full‑time: $23‑27/hr based on experience
