Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring a reliable and skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our professional maintenance team. In this role, you will maintain and service bank equipment across multiple branch locations, helping ensure equipment reliability, appearance, and performance.

• Maintain bank equipment within design capabilities to support optimal performance and minimize operating costs.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the professional appearance of bank equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action while following all safety requirements and procedures.

• Manage work assignments and provide status updates through the computerized work order system.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to resolve issues that may delay work order completion.

• Safely operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, mechanical devices, and measuring instruments.
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good working order.
• Maintain the company vehicle according to established schedules and promptly report accidents, driving violations, or

• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when working in occupied bank environments.
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid discussing sensitive customer information.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, required.
• Prior experience maintaining bank security equipment, preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to safely use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

• The compensation for this role ranges from $25 - 31 per hour, based on experience and other job-related factors.
