Job Overview
This full‑time social worker position involves direct client contact to provide counseling, referrals, and gather essential data for their well‑being.
Location:
In‑person. Shift: 8‑hour days. Criminal record applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Establish rapport and build therapeutic trust with clients.
- Perform intake activities, outreach, and serve as a liaison with community agencies.
- Apply social work principles, theories, and modern therapeutic methods.
- Demonstrate strong listening skills and understanding of clients’ needs.
- NYS Licensed Social Worker (LMSW required) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
