Bus Monitor/Aide – Part‑time – Buffalo, NY

As a First Student Part‑Time School Bus Monitor, you will help ensure the safety and well‑being of students during pick‑up and drop‑off times. No experience as a bus monitor is required; we provide comprehensive training.

• A split shift that includes early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
• A guaranteed 4‑hour shift per school day; no work nights or weekends unless desired.
• Additional hours available through trips and charters when available.

• Pay rate: $17.35/hr – $18.90/hr.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plan (benefits vary by location or collective bargaining agreement).
• No experience necessary.

• Are at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Looking for a part‑time schedule.
• Enjoy working with students.
• Have military experience, or are returning to the workforce, looking for a second job, retirees, or looking to start a new career.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee.
