CDL Driver​/Trainer

Buffalo. Buffalo Biodiesel. CDL Driver/Trainer. $105,000/year.

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast‑growing team!

• Travel out of town 2-4 nights per week.
• Train hands‑on and be willing to get greasy.
• Work 50 hours per week.
• Manage people and maintain standards directly with drivers.
• Complete ride‑along training with new drivers and to qualify and retrain existing drivers.
• Conduct spot equipment and safety checks.
• Enforce company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and non‑CDL drivers.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• A Class B CDL.
• Drug‑free lifestyle.
• Clean motor vehicle report.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of how to work with drivers.
• Strong DOT safety and training skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.

Hours:

50 hours a week, 5 days a week.

Salary: $105,000 annual.
