- Responsible for safely driving Class B straight trucks to deliver and unload food and related products to customers, ensuring timely arrivals and product integrity.
- Builds strong customer relationships by providing professional communication and service.
- Performs safety checks, inspections, and adheres to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Completes accurate paperwork, verifies deliveries, and secures freight properly.
- Unloads products at customer locations, manages returns, and maintains trailer cleanliness and organization.
- Records hours of service, reports safety issues, and performs general housekeeping duties.
- Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Class B license, 21+ years old, with a clean MVR for the past 3 years.
- Must pass drug tests, background checks, and road tests.
- Current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing 10-90 pounds and operate equipment like lift gates.
