Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers in West Seneca, NY!

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a small warehouse environment. This role includes operating a forklift for a portion of the day, handling inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and performing light product assembly.

Schedule is Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, some Saturdays as needed.

• Operate a forklift approximately 12 hours per day to move materials and product
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
• Put stock away in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Package and ship orders using Fed Ex and UPS
• Perform light product assembly, including use of air tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed

Pay rate is $17.50/hour.

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable using hand tools and air tools for light assembly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
