Position Summary Motivair is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in support of our rapidly growing business. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Manager will oversee inventory management, material flow, warehouse personnel, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse process improvements. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials that support production and customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational and team development skills, a continuous improvement mindset, experience managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment and data/reporting capabilities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. 7 years+ Experience managing inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel. 7+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management processes such as: SAP Oracle Net Suite Microsoft Dynamics 365 Epicor Infor QAD Plex JD Edwards SYSPRO Sage X3 Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Proven leadership and team development capabilities. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting functionality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
