Donation Sorting & Hanging Associate

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

8-hour shifts | day schedule

Assignment: 2-week pilot program with potential for extension

• Sort donated clothing according to established guidelines and processes.
• Use a tablet to evaluate items and determine whether they should be hung for sale.
• Properly hang and organize clothing according to company procedures.
• Maintain a consistent pace while ensuring items are processed accurately.
• Meet productivity expectations of at least 90 items sorted and hung per hour.
• Follow all safety, quality, and processing procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This is initially a two-week pilot program, with the potential for the assignment to be extended based on business needs and program success. There may also be opportunities to transition into longer-term or temp-to-hire positions within the organization, including Donation Processor and Receiver roles, which involve additional responsibilities such as sorting, processing, and pricing merchandise.

Additional requirements:

Candidates will be required to complete the organization's standard background check and drug screening process.
