Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques in the clinical setting.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.
- Modify treatment plans as needed to support ongoing patient progress.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligible for Wyoming state SLP licensure.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment with excellent communication and professional skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and pursuing ongoing professional growth.
