We’re growing fast and looking for a Warranty Claims Coordinator to manage inbound warranty requests and support our repair operations team.

• Coordinate and process incoming warranty claims from customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related inquiries.
• Communicate with customers, internal repair teams, and vendors to ensure efficient claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track open cases through to completion.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement or parts delivery.
• Identify trends or recurring issues in warranty claims and collaborate with internal teams to address root causes.

• Experience in warranty processing, claims administration, or service coordination—preferably in industrial or technical service industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to review technical documentation and interpret repair findings.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or warranty management systems is a plus.
• A team player with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail.
