• Responsible for developing correct estimates and providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties, in addition to managing the administration components for an entire project.
• Perform a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a big strategy for a project.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform the job setup for the project, which includes initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Generate timely and correct project information.
• Create the preliminary schedule for the project.
• Organize log set up for all MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
• Ensure an organized and accurate takeoff for the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure cost and quantity align with the budget.
• Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout for the project.
• Communicate detailed project information to all appropriate parties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction and Facilities Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Intern, or a related occupation, including experience in or with estimating for large‑scale self‑perform general contractors or concrete contractors, various project types with an emphasis on commercial/industrial concrete, projects over $1 million U.S. dollars, performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  
  and knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Employers will accept a master’s degree in one of the above‑listed fields and no experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree in one of the above‑listed fields and 2 years of the above‑listed experience.
