We are looking to hire a Call Center Manager for our Buford, GA location.
Base pay range$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a growing customer service team
- Optimize service processes for efficiency and client satisfaction
- Handle escalations and deliver innovative solutions
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience
- Monitor key metrics and feedback to continuously improve
- Minimum of 5 years in managing customer service
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Proficiency in service systems and a customer-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
