This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Alpharetta, GA, for a Residential Pool Designer/Sales professional. The responsibilities include designing custom residential pools, collaborating with clients to create architectural and landscape designs, and utilizing Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software to visually bring designs to life. The candidate will also oversee the design process, provide excellent customer service, and assist in driving sales by presenting customized solutions based on client needs.

• Expertise in Residential Design and Custom Homes
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in using Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with teams
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Prior experience in sales or client‑facing roles is an advantage
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations is a plus
