Location: Buford, GA or Taylor, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour (Based on experience)
We are seeking a motivated BIM 3D Modeler / BIM Engineer to support architectural and structural design projects through 3D modeling, drafting, and project coordination. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in BIM, engineering design, and construction technology. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models and construction drawings for architectural and structural projects.
- Create and update drawings in accordance with engineering requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
- Incorporate design revisions, engineer comments, and project markups into models and drawings.
- Support Engineers and Project Managers throughout project planning, design development, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in compliance with client and company standards.
- Follow established BIM, drafting, modeling, and document control procedures.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide field/site support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in drafting, design, BIM modeling, or related disciplines.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is preferred.
- Entry-level applicants with academic or personal experience using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Engineers, Project Managers, and project teams.
- Willingness to learn new software platforms, BIM standards, and engineering workflows.
- Language Requirements:
Professional working proficiency in English and conversational proficiency in Korean. - Ability to communicate effectively with both U.S. and Korean-speaking team members.
