Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! The program hours are Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. This position will begin with the  academic school year, and qualified candidates will not begin work until August 2025.

The pay rate is $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum for various ages.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow safety protocols; document attendance, incidents, and observations as needed.
• Communication: communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (as a requirement or preferred, per role)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
