Overview

Title: Project Manager, Site Development

Pay: $130K - $160K

Type: Direct hire

The Project Manager will lead civil engineering design projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for project management, team leadership, client engagement, and financial oversight.

• Lead project design teams, ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to engineering standards, and timely delivery
• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects including conceptual planning, grading, drainage, and utility design
• Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships
• Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and change orders
• Conduct ordinance reviews, coordinate with utility providers, and support construction oversight through site visits
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company CAD standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in land development
• PE license preferred
• Experience with stormwater management, hydrology, and site development design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of local land use regulations and permitting processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
