Our workplace thrives on a hybrid model: three days a week in office, the remaining days remote.

• Lead development and preparation of detailed contract plans and specifications for roadway systems.
• Use CADD tools to transform concepts into precise plans that meet design criteria, policies, and procedures.
• Create comprehensive design packages, including roadway layouts, signing, pavement markings, signalization, lighting, and ITS.
• Perform complex engineering and geometric calculations, determine bid items and quantities, and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Design intersections, traffic maintenance, and profile grades with minimal supervision.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Participate in project of small‑ and medium‑scale projects within program plans.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D (preferred) and Micro Station (desired).
• Proficiency in grading, 3D surfaces, and storm drain design.
• Traffic engineering experience, such as Traffic Impact Studies, and familiarity with HCS, Synchro/Sim Traffic, or SIDRA/RODEL.
