Job Type: Full‑Time, Hourly – On‑Site

Salary: Commensurate with experience (paid weekly)

Who We Are: Engineering firm specializing in traffic engineering, roadway illumination, ITS and safety improvement. Six offices across Texas and Georgia with over 100 team members.

• Setup and manage Micro Station workspace for projects.
• Adhere to Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) CAD standards.
• Develop plans, specifications and details for traffic signal design, roadway illumination, ITS, communication networks, roadway lighting, traffic management, signing, pavement marking.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to meet project needs.
• Coordinate drawing files and electronic transmittals with clients.
• Perform electronic project file management; manage CAD software licenses and updates; provide CAD training.
• QA/QC of CAD work performed by other CAD staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and file translation methods.

• Associate Degree in Technical Drafting or comparable 4‑Year Degree (Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Micro Station CAD and project file management.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing Junior CAD Technicians.
• Experience with Geopak and/or Open Roads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Extended hours/shifts may be required.
• Pre‑employment drug screen and motor vehicle record check required.
• Criminal background check required.
