The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. They ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and adhering to hotel policies and hygiene regulations.

• Promptly deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms.
• Set up and present trays and trolleys according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all items on the order are correct and well-presented.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Call back after delivering order to check guest satisfaction.
• Retrieve used trays, dishes, and carts from guest rooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and pantries.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate special instructions to the kitchen.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel promotions.
• Report any guest complaints, feedback, or unusual situations to management.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in room service or hospitality is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
