As a Delivery Driver, you’ll put your safe driving skills to work with company-provided vehicles and enjoy career stability with growth opportunities. No CDL is required to start, and company-provided vehicles are used.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely in line with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting issues promptly.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Valid license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

  Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement:
  Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling regulated materials.
