As a Managing Partner, your responsibilities include:

• Enforcing employment policies with management support
• Leading and scheduling management team; assigning responsibilities
• Managing performance, conducting evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Hiring management and hourly staff
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
• Managing costs, waste, and budgets
• Overseeing inventory, audit, and training standards
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
• Implementing security measures for staff and guests
• Managing incentive programs and employee development
• Practicing safe food handling
• Serving as liaison with vendors and support center
• Upholding our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose

Requirements include:

• 2+ years as a GM, MP, or multi-unit manager in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
• Initial monetary deposit and employment agreement with Bubba's 33 are required for managing partners
