• Membership Conversion – coach and motivate team to educate and delight clients, join Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue – drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting – build a passionate spa team.
• Operations – deliver results, create a strong member base and consistently excellent client experience.

• 2-5 years management experience in salon/spa, retail or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule – role requires variety of hours, may include nights and weekend day.
• Ability to promote benefits of massage and skin care services.
