We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Document Controller to create, manage, and maintain production documentation. This role standardizes handcrafted assembly processes, supports consistent quality, and enables scalable growth.

• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and visual process documentation.
• Capture hands‑on processes from technicians and craftsmen.
• Manage document control systems, revision history, and approval workflows.
• Maintain SharePoint libraries and documentation structure.
• Support process documentation for new vehicle models and custom‑builds.

• 5+ years in manufacturing documentation (automotive preferred).
• Experience in custom, specialty, or low‑volume production settings.
• Strong technical writing and visual documentation skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑focused.

• Spanish language ability.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or ERP documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
