As a Blend Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process by mixing powder ingredients to create blends for packaging. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately follow blending instructions will ensure the consistency and quality of our products.

• Weigh and measure raw ingredients according to specified quantities.
• Safely lift containers of powders into blending bins, maintaining accuracy and avoiding spills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and with tools to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate blending equipment efficiently and effectively, following established procedures.
• Securely package blended ingredients for storage or shipment, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. overhead and upstairs, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks, with a focus on precision and quality assurance.

• Subject to normal warehouse and production environment.
• Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection is required.
• Subject to atmospheric conditions such as fumes from machines, odors, powders, dust, and other particles.
