A creative and marketing agency is hiring a Junior Writer / Content and AI Specialist to join its team in Buford, Georgia. This position blends traditional writing and storytelling with social media, digital content, and the rapidly evolving use of AI. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to use new AI tools and workflows to make the creative process faster and smarter, while still applying the human judgment, personality, and polish that good communication requires.

The writer will work alongside an experienced creative and marketing team, develop real-world writing skills, and learn new models for producing content across magazines, websites, email, social media, and marketing campaigns. Experience is helpful but not required. The agency is looking for someone bright, motivated, and eager to learn.

This is an in-office position in the historic Main Street area of Buford, GA. Hybrid opportunities may become available over time, but for this early-career role, the team values being on-site for hands-on training and learning the business.

• Writing and producing content across magazines, websites, email, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Learning and applying AI tools and workflows to support and accelerate the creative process
• Contributing to social media and digital content initiatives
• Developing storytelling and copywriting skills across multiple formats and channels
• Collaborating with an experienced creative and marketing team

• Degree in journalism, English, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Curiosity and interest in how AI is reshaping creative work
• Familiarity with AI platforms or tools is a plus
• Social media experience is a plus
• Must be able to regularly commute to the Buford, GA office
