Pool Maintenance Technician

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each and every customer assigned, following proven cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals safely, following protocols and sharing lessons learned with the team.

Ideal candidate loves working outdoors, is self‑starter, works independently with minimal oversight, handles tasks with integrity and embraces resort‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning pools each week.
• Manage stocking of chemicals on the truck and adjust water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Use the Pool Ops mobile platform on a smartphone.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate them to the office.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• High school degree and Certified Pool Operator license preferred.
