Part‑time Prep Cook culinary professional preparing large quantities of food for events such as banquets, weddings, conferences and other gatherings. The role involves menu planning, coordination with event organizers, and oversight of preparation and presentation to ensure a high‑quality dining experience for large numbers of guests.

• Ensure food arrives simultaneously, high quality and on time.
• Remain knowledgeable of the menu and accommodate individual orders.
• Set up, stock and organize the workstation throughout the shift.
• Practice proper storeroom and inventory control procedures.
• Follow proper heating and cooling standards.
• Resolve problems with wait staff, customer orders or other kitchen issues efficiently.
• Understand safety practices and correctly set up, operate, break down and clean equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe utensils and ensure use before each use.
• Label, date and properly store prepped and cooked foods.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines as per local and company regulations.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify management to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Andretti brand, products and procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends.

• Walk or stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
• Perform functions requiring organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate quickly and accurately.
• Work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
• Require manual dexterity to use and operate equipment.
• Understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
