Store Stock Associate

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Store Stock Associate to join our rapidly growing team of auto parts professionals. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. As a Store Stock Associate, you will be responsible for various duties that help control and maintain inventory in our warehouse.

• At least 1 year of experience stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and recognize part numbers and line codes quickly and accurately.
• Legible handwriting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform duties as assigned by management.
• Physical ability to lift and move parts up to 60 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using appropriate aids.
• Capability to move heavy equipment with moving aids such as hand trucks, dollies, motorized carts, and pallet jacks.
• Repetitive bending, stooping, and reaching up to 8 feet with the use of a stool or ladder.
• Ability to stand or walk for entire shifts.
