We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, store layout, and merchandising
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
