Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help us deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our customers. In supporting our retail locations across the country (and Canada!), Advisors have a direct, immediate impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and various special projects.

In this role, you'll get to show folks firsthand what Warby Parker is all about while making glasses shopping a goosebump-inducing experience.

In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The listed range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
