The Role
We are seeking a motivated Email and SMS Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing company recognized nationally for building iconic custom vehicles for a high-profile client base. Our client makes new vintage-inspired vehicles and sells most through inbound leads. The Inside Sales Associate will manage the Text portion of the business opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, highly competitive environment where consistency and execution matter. The role combines social media engagement, inbound lead management, and high-touch appointment setting through text (no calling). You will interact daily with high-intent prospects from a steady stream of inbound traffic (100-200+ leads per day). Success in this role requires moving quickly, staying organized, and following through without fail.
This position is best suited for someone who takes initiative, stays disciplined, and thrives in an environment where performance directly impacts the team’s success. You will be expected to manage your pipeline, maintain outreach consistency, and contribute new ideas. A solid grasp of digital platforms, modern sales strategies, and tools like AI and workflow automation will be important for keeping pace.
Compensationand Benefits

Job Responsibilities- Schedule qualified appointments using phone, text, and email.
- Ensure appointments hold by vetting uncertain leads in advance.
- Respond to 100-200+ daily text messages from marketing campaigns to convert into phone calls or appointments.
- Follow up with leads from the past 7+ days.
- Build and manage lead lists in Salesforce for outbound campaigns.
- Qualify all new inbound leads for the sales team.
- Submit daily reports including outreach metrics.
- Document appointments scheduled or transferred.
- Add new leads to pipeline with status updates.
- Provide follow-up tracking and outline next-day priorities.
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and multiple conversations daily.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf) for outreach and process automation.
- Experience with API integrations for workflow or marketing automation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, creative, and culturally aware of social media trends.
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust strategies.
- Ability to work onsite in Buford:
Monday – Friday, 8:15 am – 7:30 pm ET.
