Von Maur - Mall of Georgia [Asset Protection / Security] As a Loss Prevention Associate at Von Maur, you'll:
Watch for customer and employee theft;
Identify potential shoplifters and monitor employees for signs of dishonesty;
Apprehend and detain shoplifters according to law and company directives;
Complete all loss prevention related paperwork as necessary;
Maintain electronic case log and customer suspicious incident reports;
Conduct and participate in investigations when requested, including credit card and check fraud.
