Field Service Technician

Vast Electrical Contractors, Inc dba Vast Services is a Miami-based company seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to work throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Travel as required to job sites throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina (overnight stays may be required).
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• All basic electrical, carpentry, drywall install/repairs, skim coat, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door install, closers, interior and exterior building repairs as needed.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Carry at least 50 lbs and be able to stand and move for long periods; climb ladders up to 30 ft.

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight on occasions.
• Own tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• At least some supervisory experience.
• Clean background and driving record.

• One year of experience as a helper in the construction industry.
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs; stand and move for long periods; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
