We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Terminal Operator to join our team. You will be the backbone of our terminal operations, ensuring efficient handling, loading, and shipping while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the terminal to ensure seamless logistics and customer service.
• Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment to keep everything in peak condition.
• Uphold Cemex’s safety standards, including PPE and OSHA compliance.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
• Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize schedules and resources, improving overall efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing expertise to elevate team performance.

• Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance are a plus.
• Experience: Preferred experience in terminal operations or similar industrial settings.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of safety regulations, positive solution-oriented attitude, ability to work with customers and colleagues, capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

  Work in diverse settings, including outdoor industrial operations.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment as part of daily routine.

Location:

Buford, GA – $21.10–$29.00 per hour
