All the Little Children Preschool and Daycare is seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our Christian daycare and preschool team! The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children and a desire to help them learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and faith-based environment.

Our program serves infants, toddlers, preschool, and Elementary aged children. Teachers play an important role in supporting each child’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development through age-appropriate learning activities, creative play, and meaningful daily interactions.

As a Christian daycare and preschool, we incorporate faith into our daily routines through Bible lessons, biblical songs, prayer, and Christian values.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must have a genuine love for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being.
• Must be willing to participate in a Christian learning environment, including prayer, biblical songs, and Bible lessons.
• Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification is required, but may be obtained after hiring.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that support early childhood development.
• Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Create engaging learning experiences through play, music, arts and crafts, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
• Incorporate Christian teachings into daily activities through Bible stories, prayer, and biblical songs.
• Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress, development, and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
• Observe children’s development and provide individualized support when needed.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, consistent learning environment.
• Adapt activities to accommodate children’s individual abilities, developmental stages, and special needs.

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, nannying, or early childhood education.
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool development.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Ability to plan creative, engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
