General Manager Pay Range: $48,000-$55,000 PLUS ACHIEVEMENT BONUS ranging from $400.00-$2,000.00 per month

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to General Managers based on controlling costs within goals.

• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant general management experience
