You will serve as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store cleanliness, monitoring inventory and cash controls, and following all company policies and procedures. You will lead by example and support your crew to achieve high service and sales standards.

• Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
• Oversee staff shifts, including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Maintain inventory control and cash handling accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Set a positive example for the team and maintain store appearance.
